Technical Capabilities


Bottled and Canned holds SALSA and organic certification.


The technical function is led by our Technical Manager, who brings in excess of a decade of experience working with a range of drinks products and leading technical teams through BRC certification from Issue 4 through to the current Issue 8.


Our food safety systems significantly exceed current regulatory requirements, and we take great pride in our controlled and diligent approach to our manufacturing operations – all products are handled with the care and attention that brand owners rightly expect for their products.


Laboratory facilities


We have our own on-site laboratory with equipment from industry leaders such as Bellingham & Stanley, Anton Paar, and Hanna Instruments. In-house services cover key analytical parameters for soft drinks, wines, and alcoholic beverages, including: 

  • Brix (refractometric)
  • Alcohol content (ABV)
  • Density 
  • CO2     (carbonation)
  • Dissolved O2 
  • Total SO2
  • Free SO2
  • pH


Additional analytical requirements are subcontracted to approved UKAS-accredited external laboratories.
