Our skilled team excel at bottling beer and cater for all requirements, including your stipulated CO2 level, in bottles of any size.
Each craft beer has its own unique recipe which gives it distinctive qualities and bottling requirements. As a result, we don't use a "one size fits all" approach in our bottling practices. When you brew a new beer we want to maintain its individuality. So, we prefer to work with you and provide a personalized bottling service. One that is specifically tailored to your beer and, depending on your supplies, the quantity you want to be bottled.
Beer is bottled in a process called "carbonation," which adds carbon dioxide to the beer. Carbon dioxide is a gas that gives the beer its bubbles. Bottling the beer protects it from contamination and also from the atmosphere. The beer is transferred from the storage chamber to a filler. The filler employs a high-pressure pump to force beer through a filler head at the required pressure. Stainless steel beer lines and tubes transport the beer from the filler to the bottling machine, where it is filled into the bottle. After that, the bottle is capped and placed on a conveyor belt.
Once you have completed the brewing process, you are bound to want to show off your brand in a safe, attractive, hygienic container. Our beer bottling facility is fully equipped to package your product ready for display and sale. We pride ourselves on using the most up to date equipment to ensure that every beer bottle looks perfect. In addition to your newest recipe tasting great, beers need to look attractive on the shelf. This is especially important for new customers who might be tempted to try a bottle of your newest brew. Our packaging plant has systems in place to ensure the bottles are properly filled and labelled. Your bottle of beer is guaranteed to look phenomenal once it is in its finished packaging.
After a client has finished brewing their beer, it needs to be transported to the bottling plant. Beer is usually contained in a keg for transportation purposes, and these kegs will be loaded onto a trailer. Thermal transfer is used to carry beer from the brewery to the bottling plant. The beer is poured into the kegs, which are subsequently hauled away. After that, the trailer is taken to the bottling factory, where it is unloaded into a refrigerated storage room.
