Our laboratory ensures that all the key analytical parameters for various drinks are met. Some of these key analytical parameters include:

- Brix (refractometric)
Brix test is a standard way of determining sugar content in a liquid sample or solution.

- Alcohol content (ABV)
Just like the name, ABV is a method of determining the alcohol content in alcoholic drinks and beverages.

- PH

This is a scale used to determine the basicity or acidity of a solution or liquid sample.

- Total SO2

This is the parameter used to determine the amount bound and free SO2 in the wine.
